Delayed Shipments: If an order takes longer than 7 days to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the order amount.

Customer Consent: By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy and authorize Kpaul Tools to charge your credit card if your order exceeds the specified timeframe for shipment.

Refund Policy: If we have charged an order that has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order and we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supplier delays), we reserve the right to extend the processing and shipping timeframe while keeping you informed about the status of your order.
